Job Description

    * Job Description Overview:
    1. Lead and support, collect/animate GSC International reporting share to VPs/SVP by connecting with Director, Sr.Manager, VPs, SVP
      • Using standard format as deploy from Global/Region
      • Simplify the reporting for all GSC International
      • Study and improve existing supply chain & logistics animation
    2. Implement the specific animation pipeline requirements of a particular project. Test and deploy tools/report in a high pressure of working environment.
    3. Document and manage research, disseminate all show workflows and performance references to team to ensure consistency
    4. Communicate and deploy new initiative from Global strategy deployment
    5. Support Transformation team in various communications and events
    , * Qualifications WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
    • More than 3 years of relevant working experience, with Bachelor or Master s degree from accredited Universities nationwide or overseas with strong academic standing;
    • Great organizational skills and ability to manage a very busy team with, ensure information available with good quality is available in timeline
    • Majoring in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Analytics or others;
    Hard Skills:
    • Confident in public speaking and have excellent command of English;
    • Proven leadership ability, project management, risk management and change management experience
    • Competent/Advanced data sciences skill for quick decision making (Tools: Power BI, Tableau, Robotic Process Automation, etc.)
    • Excellent in Presentation application
    • Ability to deliver professional presentations
    • Digital savvy and knowledge in Kinaxis, SAP, MRP
