Location - BangaloreExperience - 8 - 10 YearSalary - Up To 30 LPAMUST HAVES :- Affiliate Marketing Head with 8 + years of exp from B2b/ B2C product background.- Knowledge in tech area. No coding but should understand- Social Media Marketing Responsibilities : - Develop and implement a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy to drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth through our platform connecting financial advisors with banks- Identify and onboard new affiliates, negotiate terms and commissions, and manage relationships with existing partners- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create and distribute promotional materials, including banners, emails, and landing pages- Analyze and report on the performance of affiliates and campaigns, and optimize as needed- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in affiliate marketing- Manage budget and resources effectively Qualifications : - Bachelors degree/P.G in Marketing, Business, or a related field- 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in the financial services industry- Proven track record of driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through affiliate marketing- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Experience using affiliate marketing platforms and tools,
