Job Description

    Company: A Leading Online Edtech Company Location: Bangalore - Own the overall revenue responsibilities for Demand Generation and Category Sales. - Lead the sales team as well as the team managed through vendors and also in identifying the target market, target accounts and services to be covered in the business development (lead generation) activity. - Should have managed large, distributed sales teams - Must be a great people manager and should have managed 7-8 DRs. - Must know how to drive matrix efficiently, mapping best practices from the industry and check employee productivity level. - Work closely with the Executive Team to align on quarterly milestones and revenue targets. - Lead the content strategy to feed into the marketing funnel for demand generation. - Use communication and collaboration tools to provide a high level of visibility and transparency around KPIs and results to executives and other teams. - Provide line management for all direct reports, complete annual reviews and conduct performance management for the Growth team. - Recruit, motivate, mentor and lead a high-calibre team across Demand Generation and Inside Sales. - Setup Inside Sales team to move leads through the funnel to closure. - Segment and Account level research and map the account, identify potential buyers, identify key needs and positioning of the Products & Services. Qualifications: - 10+ years of Sales experience in Inside Sales preferably in Edu-tech or E-commerce or BFSI. - An MBA/PGDM/Grad. from the Tier-1 institute is preferred. - Hands-on experience in setting up and managing an inside sales team with quarterly and annual revenue targets. - Work Experience of B2C is a must.- Experience in a fast-moving, growth-oriented start-up is preferred. Needs to be flexible and adaptable as requirements change.,
