Job Role:- Head Digital works is looking to bring on board a seasoned marketing leader, who will help the company strengthen its market position and will share the accountability of delivering business results with the leadership team. This is a critical leadership role for the organisation, where Marketing is the key growth driver.- S/he will be responsible for leading the Marketing funstion for leading Marketing function end-to-end. The individual will manage all aspects of brand and performance marketing including developing brand strategy across platforms, communication development, acquisition, engagement and retention of new and old users, deployment of media dollars on the right channels, diversification of business backed by customer data and insights, S/he will represent the organisation in front of the internal(board) and external stakeholders.Role Priorities: 1. The individual will complement the founders vision to consolidate HDWs position as a maket leader in the gaming space. S/he will evaluate the product portfolio and identify gaps or market opportunities for expansion (New Geographies, new game format: new technologies, new media channel, new marketing tactics such as appointing brand ambassadors, develop partnerships to acquire new users; Etc)2. It would be the sole responsibility to drive brand repositioning for HDW to create differentiate from competitors, while keeping the alignment with the business strategy and maintaining consistency of positioning across channels.3. In addition to a strong foundation in Marketing/ Brand Building, the individual should have sharp commercial instincts and a strong ROI mind-set to deploy marketing/media dollars on the most impactful channels and marketing activities.- S/he will build and maintain performance based and data-driven approach to driving growth. And, will develop a comprehensive monitoring mechanism, systems and tools to track the spending and impact efficiently.4. As the voice and advocate of the consumer within the company, the individual (and his/her team) will understand customer preferences, choices and habits thoroughly, and leverage these insights to strengthen/ alter the brand and marketing strategies.5. Marketing Leader will lead a high performance team, foster a culture of empowerment and working together (across functions/ Departments) towards a common goal, and build a world-class marketing organisation with the best talent.Parameter: Marketing Experience: 1.
