Job Description

    As the Head of Franchise expansion, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of Cults franchise business. You will be responsible for identifying new franchise locations, evaluating potential franchisees, overseeing franchise sales, negotiations, franchise agreements closures and launch of successful profitable franchise centers. Fostering strong relationships with franchise partners to drive overall success shall be a key component of the role. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in franchise development or corporate sales and strong leadership skills.Key Responsibilities : You will lead a team of BD and Program Managers, along with critical individual contribution to own and deliver overall AOP requirements of franchise center expansion which will include the following- Identify and evaluate potential markets for centers, considering factors such as demographics, competition, and market demand.- Evaluate prospective franchisees based on their financial stability, business acumen, and alignment with the brands values.- Negotiate and finalize franchise agreements, including terms and conditions, royalty fees, marketing contributions, and operational guidelines.- Review and update franchise agreements periodically to reflect changes in business needs.- Work closely with multiple internal stakeholders - finance and growth for business case closure for new signups and center growth post launch, real estate and project for launch executions, training and operations for operations excellence.- Oversee launch of new centers and provide guidance and support to franchisees during the setup and launch.- Foster strong relationships with franchisees, addressing concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring operational compliance.- Ensure consistent implementation of the brands standards and guidelines across all franchise locations.- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to proactively adapt strategies.Requirements : - Proven experience in franchise development / expansion/ corporate sales / B2B sales - Hands on approach, and time on ground to develop deep understanding of business- Deep understanding of business fundamentals with strong negotiations, communication and interpersonal skills.- Demonstrated leadership skills with excellent relationship building skills to establish rapport with franchise and internal stakeholders,
