    Industry - IT-Software / Software ServicesCategory : Sales & Marketing- The candidate would work directly with the Founders to lead the demand generation function for the company- Lead a current team of 5 SDRs and also recruit more sales folks by business requirement to achieve laid out business objectivesClient Details :Our client is a MarTech SAAS product organisation (Series A) based out of the Silicon Valley of India, and are into the business of helping all marquee internet first companies in their growth journey by facilitating creative automation for design led growth.Description :- The candidate would work directly with the Founders to lead the demand generation function for the company- Lead a current team of 5 SDRs and also recruit more sales folks by business requirement to achieve laid out business objectives- Work closely with the founders to set up and execute the demand generation to closure engine for the organisationProfile :- At least 8 years of Inside sales / remote sales / demand generation experience- Must have managed atleast 5 SDRs for inbound / outbound demand generation- Must have team management experience for atleast 4 years- Mar-tech SAAS product experience is a huge bonusJob Offer :- Be a part of the core team of a well funded SAAS start-up- Work with an extremely pedigreed set of founders- Stock options,
