Job Description

Job Brief & Responsibilities: - Develop and implement internal audit frameworks and prepare strategic audit plans.- Plan and execute controls testing for various processes for Statutory and Internal audit- Review existing as well as new projects, services and procedures to ensure compliance- Review policies and procedures and suggest changes as required- Review and evaluate corrective measures for various audit findings- Monitor adequacy of corrective procedures- Setup internal control process at various plants/branches of the organisation- Good in-depth knowledge of various kinds of risk- Build the team Key Requirements: Qualification: CA MustExperience: 10-12 years of experience in Internal Audit in a listed company preferably manufacturing Skills: - Knowledge of internal control processes & Risk Management- Good in-depth knowledge of Internal Controls and ICFR.- Should be willing to work in a highly dynamic business environment with strong professional insight, ethics and conduct. - Should be able to deal with complex sets of information and data are desired attributes for role holder.,
