Job Description

    Experience:Must have 10 to 12 years of hands-on trouble shooting and maintenance experience in CNC machines (HMC & VMC) & CNC grinding machines in manufacturing industry.Knowledge & Skill set:
    • Candidate should have maintenance HOD management experience for minimum of 10 years in automobile / hydraulics industry.
    • Should have cost effective mind set in maintenance expenses and should control the R&M cost within the budget.
    • Candidate should coach the team on preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance & Predictive maintenance techniques in CNC machines and must have strong analytical skills on failures.
    • Should have hands on trouble shooting and breakdown maintenance experience in CNC, HMC, VMC, CNC Grinding, CNC hobbing and shaving machines.
    • Should have experience in expansion projects, civil works, energy saving projects and renovation works.
    • Good knowledge and documentation on ISO 9001/ TS 16949, Good communication, and MS office skills and AutoCAD will be the added advantage.
    • Must have knowledge and compliance of KSPCB requirements & ensuring electrical safety in industry and must have energy conservation mindset.
    • Should have hands on trouble shooting of electrical and electronics elements like Drives, Fanuc Controllers, siemens controllers & PLC systems.
    • Should have experience in utility equipments like DGs, compressors, LT panels, HT panels, STP & transformers
    • Trouble shooting and maintenance & service of Hydraulic components like valves, flow meter, pumps, cylinders, solenoid coils in Hydraulic power pack or Hydraulic test rigs is added advantage.
