Job title - Head- MarketingLocation Bengaluru, IndiaGeographical ScopeIndia and other South Asian countries-Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan, Sri Lanka and MaldivesJob purposeThe Marketing Head will be responsible for development and execution of the marketing strategies for the company.The marketing strategies should support the business segments aggressive and transformative growth phase.Main Accountabilities - Develop and execute the marketing strategy for India working in close collaboration with the global brand and marketing team. - Lead an India based marketing team working across digital marketing, trade marketing, product management and brand management. - Product Strategy: Continue to strengthen the product portfolio through the right pricing strategy and introduction of new, innovative products with the right GTM strategy.- Increase brand/category awareness: Introduce the right metrics/framework for measurement and drive the business segments ambition to significantly improve the brand and product awareness.- Trade Marketing: Create impactful brand visibility, messaging and design impactful customer engagement programs- Digital: Build a strong brand presence and drive better customer and consumer engagements.
