  • Own the marketing operation roadmap, strategy, process, technology to facilitate and accelerate Sales & Marketing teams to achieve their goals.
  • Proactively apprise key stakeholders across marketing, sales, and others of insights on marketing performance to ensure cross-functional alignment on programs and strategy.
  • Monitor, measure, analyze and report the effectiveness, impact, and influence of marketing initiatives against team OKRs including volume, velocity, conversion, growth, pipeline, average pipeline value, etc., w.r.t but not limited to focus accounts, industry, prospects, account size.
  • Ensure processes are designed, documented (where necessary), and followed to prevent inconsistencies in data and interpreted insights.
  • Continuously work towards simplifying and improving processes by avoiding customization bloats, data debts, etc.
  • Manage, build, and lead a strong team by coaching and developing existing members and closing skill gaps with necessary training and enablement.
  • Lead the team to identify ways to improve critical marketing programs, processes, and workflows to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain, and track the marketing budget to ensure the cost and ROI metrics are as per the plan.
  • Define the Marketing Operations vision and strategy that enables intelligent decisions through precise analysis.
Qualification & Skills:
  • 7+ years of experience managing MarTech in an enterprise software industry or B2B SaaS.
  • Showcase strong leadership, strategic vision, tactical execution, excellent planning, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Extremely analytical and data-driven to drive results and identify new opportunities to grow.
  • Demonstrated experience designing an innovative marketing technology stack.
  • Hands-on experience with technology and automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Demandbase, Zapier, Google Analytics, Drift, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience implementing successful CRM strategies will be a plus.
  • Focus on attention to detail, data-driven, and commitment to quality to ensure consistency.
  • Excellent written, communication, and public speaking skills.
  • Continually learn the latest platforms, technology, tools, and marketing solutions to enhance workflow.
