    Dear Job Seeker,Currently, We are looking for the Head of Engineering - MERN Stack in Indiranagar, Bangalore.Designation / Position: Head of Engineering - MERN StackAbout the Company: It provides a specialized Video Interview as a service (IaaS) platform. We provide a dedicated platform of freelance expert interviewers to scrutinize hiring needs and ensure that the candidate is being judged correctly by the best industry experts to meet job requisites. Our expert interviews candidates taking into account primarily defined job specifications and targeting them for the needs of the organization. Our aim is to let organizations focus on their core business activities while we look after their hiring requirements. Job Description / Duties & Responsibilities / Skills: Head of Engineering - MERN StackWHAT WILL YOU WORK ON You will be responsible for:
    • Ability to translate Wireframes and PSD Designs into functional web apps using HTML5, React, Node.js, ExpressJs and Mongo Binding of UI elements to Java Script object models.
    • Creating RESTful services with Node.js.
    • Architect scalable web architectures.
    • Work in a cross-functional team to deliver a complete user experience.
    • Create Unit and Integration tests to ensure the quality of code.
    • Be responsive to change requests and feature requests.
    • Write code that is cross-platform and cross-device compatible Ability to wear many hats and learn new technologies quickly.
    WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT
    • Overall 8+ Yrs of exp. And Min. 6+ years of senior professional experience working as a MERN stack developer.
    • 5 years of professional software development experience.
    • Fluent knowledge of latest HTML/CSS standards and best practices.
    • In-depth knowledge of JavaScript and React In-depth knowledge of Node.js and Express Good understanding of deployment on AWS.
    • Solid Understanding of HTTP protocol and how server-side code is processed on the client OAuth and single sign-on (SAML) Working knowledge of front-end optimization and performance techniques.
    • Obsession with lean, clean and organized front-end code.
    • Cross-browser development and troubleshooting.
    • Experience building Responsive websites for web, tablet and mobile devices Integrating unit testing into the fabric of product development.
    • Eye for details is crucial.
    • Able to handle multiple projects and competing deadlines.
    • Good understanding of overall web design including basic usability, accessibility, industry standards, architecture, and navigation Portfolio of work required.
    • Include examples of all areas of interaction design (user flows, wireframes, final graphical display) Strong experience of AWS, CI / CD (Code pipeline/Jenkins).
    • Team Handling and team building exp. is a must.
