About the role: Lead and drive sales teams across geographies to achieve targeted revenue numbers. Collaborate with various teams to understand business issues and develop B2C Marketing strategies that support and deliver business objectives. Administer and manage market data analysis including lead, sales history and customer research, latest trends, environmental and competitor analysis to identify and recommend new B2C marketing opportunities. Understanding emerging trends and prepare the organization to build needed capabilities to ensure future readiness. Provide functional direction in developing strategies and execution plans for the launch of new clients and new products into existing and new markets. Oversee the implementation of the content and communications plan including: the roll out of all direct to participant communications, translation of all content and communications, development of in- client marketing resources and the facilitation of community engagement through social media. Develop and refine the overall B2C marketing and communications strategy, addressing cross channel communications, content and segmentation. Establish and maintain mutually rewarding relationships with key internal and external stakeholders/ contacts. Provide leadership and direction to your team and align the activities with the marketing, business needs and communications strategies, ensuring performance outcomes are met. Hands on and detail oriented, with a strong ability to co- ordinate across different geographies and with different stakeholders at Exec and Director/ Sr Director levels. ,
