ONLY they can share the client details - Japanese major a BPO, planning a center in India in NCR with Hq in BangaloreLooking for Business Development Director/Head of Sales; BPOCandidate must contact S Krishnan at hidden_mobileMUST : Only Candidate from with BPO Industry experience is considered. - Industry Horizontals - CLM - Voice and Non Voice & Digital (Omni Channel Customer Care) -Must have - RPA, Analytics - Good to have some know-how and experience - - Skillset Desired - Proven track record in solutions-based Sales, development of relationships and demonstrated creativity in analyzing and identifying solutions - - Overall good understanding of Sales/ BD Role in B2B Enterprise Sales - BPS / IT BPS - - Ability to carry sales quota and drive numbers with aggression and solid track record of achieving large Sales Order Book and Revenue Realization Go Getter and Self Starter (medium to large enterprise deals) - Ability to understand client business challenges and suggest a consultative/challenger sales approach to the business problem resulting in stitching together a compelling value proposition to the end buyer- Strong Interpersonal skills - Strong understanding of RFP/ Pre Sales - Working closely with Solutions team to structure and close deals - Strong Client Management Skills - Excellent Communication skills - Written and Oral is a Must - Strong Negotiation Skills - Creative solution mindset - Ability to work under pressure - Strong Team player - Strong Account Mining / Farming skills - Willingness to Travel (within India and occasionally outside India) - Ability to create and generate demand within key large accounts keeping in mind the existing market trends in the BPS- IT BPS Industry - Ability to thrive in a multi-cultured working environment (will be working with Indian, Japanese and people from several countries) - Immaculate attention to detail - Respect, Care, and ability to develop trust with colleagues, employees, and with clients - - Technical & Functional Competencies - Proficient in the use of standard software, hardware & technology - Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel leveraged to analyze data and prepare reports. Familiarity reporting, maintaining and analyzing data within Customer Relationship Management systems.,
