              • Job Title: Helpdesk Technical Support - Remote Work - IndiaWe are looking for talented, experienced, and motivated Microsoft cloud Engineer to join our team. As a Kilobytes Data Solutions Engineer, you will work with customers directly to provide support and management of Microsoft 365 and Azure services with a focus on Microsoft Teams (PBX), Exchange Online and Azure IaaS.We are seeking a Cloud Systems Engineer (CSE) who specializes in Microsoft 365 (Teams, Exchange Online, and Azure) who will work with our solutions team and customer business decision makers along with their IT teams to understand their business requirements and address these using Microsoft technologies. As a CSE you will be the subject matter expert and key technical resource for the customer, primarily focused on delivering proactive services such as technology deployments, technical assessments and providing tailored technical guidance. Recent experience and advanced Microsoft 365 skills are essential.Job Responsibility: The planning, migration and operations of Microsoft 365 in both Hybrid and Cloud-only configurations. Implementation and Delivery of Microsoft 365 and MS Azure projects. Experience with deploying Microsoft Teams (PBX) and Exchange. Strong knowledge of supporting Active Directory, Azure Active Directory. Competencies in configuring telephony workloads for Team Business Voice.
              • Key Skills: Key Skills: Experience in customer-facing roles with demonstrated capability in clearly presenting thoughts and ideas confidently to audiences of various sizes and technical knowledge levels. Passion for continuous learning, strong analytical skills, critical thinking, time management skills, and good judgement. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment where technology and customers requirements can change regularly. Demonstrated aptitude for providing extraordinary customer service in small, mid-size business environments.Mandatory: 3 plus years of direct, hands-on experience with Teams and Exchange Online or Azure in an admin, support or consulting role. Extensive knowledge of VoIP and SIP protocols, strong troubleshooting ability and working knowledge of the latest diagnostic tools, log analysis and scripting ability Core understanding of Windows 10/11 policies and configurations, along with Autopilot and Policy based application deployment procedures.
