  • Answer Calls and respond to email requests from UK hospital staffs and specialist secretaries.
  • Document all call information according SOP.
  • Update customer records, as and when necessary.
  • Manage customer queries and complaints as necessary.
  • Liaise with UK teams as required.
  • Achieve productivity and accuracy targets as detailed in your objectives.
  • Contribute towards process improvement initiatives within the organization.
  • Fulfil individual role in ISO compliance followed in the process/organization.
Additional Details
  • Education Graduates (B.A., B.Com, B.Sc. etc.)
  • Experience required :- 0-2 years.
  • Its Work from office
  • Voice Shift Timing: - 01:30pm to 10:00pm/02:30pm to 11:00pm.
  • Saturday& Sunday fixed off.
  • Location:- Bangalore.
