Job Description

    Job DescriptionProduct Owner Responsibilities
    • Managing and making visible the product backlog for future product development.
    • Prioritizing Product backlog
    • Overall content ownership of product backlog for 1 2 Agile teams in an Agile Release Train ( SAFe ART)
    • Being available to the development team to clarify product requirements related questions and questions regarding the customer s needs and the customer s views of how the team is implementing a product feature.
    • Ensures user stories are ready for development to start work.
    • Ensures each story has the correct acceptance criteria.
    • Gathers, manages, and prioritizes the product backlog.
    • Ensures close collaboration with the development team.
    • Works closely with engineering and quality assurance to ensure the right customer problem is solved. This can involve sharing market research and competitive analysis with the team to best focus their efforts.
    • Contributes to the work of the Product Manager as they define a product differentiation strategy.
    • Tracks progress towards the release of a product.
    • Work with a cross-functional team in planning a product release.
    • Define customer needs and the associated features to meet those needs.
    • Advocates on behalf of the customer for the development team.
    • Prioritizes defect or bug resolution.
    • Support Program Manager for providing Feedback on development team s performance
    Skills / Experience required
    • BE/B.Tech Electronics/Electrical/computer science
    • Around 8 10 years of professional work experience
    • Agile Practitioner: Minimum 1 years of experience working in project that was diligently applying Agile/Scrum practices as a Product Owner
    • Knowledge and/or experience with well documented Agile, Scrum tactics/techniques: Planning poker, Burndown/burn up, CFD, retrospective formats etc
    • Mandatory : Solid understanding of Java and React application development and integration on Azure platform.
    • Mandatory : Prior work experience in the following domains : IOT, parking Systems, Building management systems, Industrial IOT
