Job Description

    * Radar Perception - Senior Technical Lead Mercedes-Benz Research and Development, India is seeking technical enthusiast & technical team lead with a strong automotive radar technology and perception knowledge with inclination to work in the areas of autonomous driving. Key Job Responsibilities:
    • Radar Perception Algorithm and SW development
    • Component SW integration with overall System SW configuration
    • Development of Algorithms and logic for ADAS system perception
    • Enhance team and technically lead Radar Perception SW Development
    • Report Project Status to various management stakeholders
    • Responsible for various RADAR perception SW modules
    Basic Qualification:
    • Bachelor s/Master s Degree in Electronics and Communication/Electrical Engineering/Computer Science or similar fields of engineering & technology
    • Experience: 6 9 years
    • Knowledge of radar perception & Signal processing
    • Knowledge of ADAS component and system perception algorithms
    • Knowledge of ADAS network and HW
    • Experience of Algorithm development
    • Good programming skills in Python, C/C++
    • Experience working with GIT, Jira, Confluence or similar
    • Technically lead team(s)
    Preferred Skills:
    • Professional experience in the development of the following algorithmic domains- Object Detection, Probabilistic methods, AI/ML, localization, tracking, sensor fusion
    • Strong programming skills in C/C++, Python
    • Strong understanding of RADAR signal processing and principles of tracking & estimation.
    • Practical experience with radar target detection (e.g. for analysis or perception)
    • Experience in statistical data analysis
    • Understanding of sensor calibration
    • Previous experience working in automotive domain
    • Good communication skills
    • Knowledge of Automotive SW development Standards
