Job Description

    Subpoena Response receives and responds to external, legal requests for information. The majority of these requests are subpoenas for customer information related to a legal matter. The firm is the source of the information, though not involved in the legal matter itself. The group also responds to requests for copies of account statements and other items, such as checks from JPMorgan Chase customers and various internal groups. Preferred Skills & Experience
    1. Previous JPMC experience would be preferred though not a requisite.
    2. Knowledgeable about legal documents and Customer Assist-CA experience strongly preferred
    3. Customer Focus
      • Resolve complex and escalated employee and customer problems and inquires
      • Operate with urgency and meet deadlines
      • Focus on the customer, the organization s business goals and systems
      • Knowledge of Banking Products
      • Ensure the teams are educated on the legal aspects of the work

    5. Computer Skills
    Strong knowledge interpreting and analyzing data, Create process flow etc
      • Expert experience using Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office tools
    Roles & Responsibilities : 1. Responsible for new migrations, charter reviews, planning, execution and stabilizing the processes into BAU operational and audit ready environment.2. Coordinate in Training and development. Create/validate Standard job Aid s and manage change management effectively.3. Identify methods to increase Straight Through Processing by reduction of manual touch points and expansion of value add ideas.4.Ensure an environment of compliance with regular self-assessments and action planning, risk and control awareness 5. Maintain & take ownership of the Business CI plans & have the same tested & Documented on a periodic basis6. Partner with domestic team, Stakeholders, clients and external requestors to ensure all risks/issues are identified and mitigated on timely basis7. Implementation of a documented feedback mechanism that can be monitored/assist in improving the teams learning & assessment scores and accelerate cross functional knowledge gaps. Essential Skills & Experience -
    • Bachelors Degree with overall 5+ years of experience in Backoffice.
    • Strong MS office skills
    • Attention to detail and analytical skills
    • Time Management skills and multitasking ability
    • Excellent Communication (verbal & written) and Inter-Personal skills
    • Self-motivated and able to motivate the team
    • Customer centric approach
