    • Repair and maintain washers, dryers, and small appliances.
    • Plans, monitors, installs and adjusts the full range of heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment by means of an energy management system hands-on work.
    • Performs installation of mechanical systems to include piping and modifications to existing facilitys cooling systems.
    • Utilizes and updates blueprints, technical manuals, manufacturers files and other record keeping.
    • Monitors work done by outside contractors for adherence to state and federal code requirements and report back to supervisor.
    • Perform any and all duties which may be assigned.
    • Must perform duties and responsibilities of a Journeyman level mechanic with strong a background in HVAC and refrigeration equipment to include hands on experience in operating and troubleshooting industrial systems.
    • Installation of mechanical systems to include piping and modifications to existing facilities cooling systems.
