Job Description

    Looking for candidates with all these ideal qualities Customer Support -
    • Good Communication Skills, Presentation Skills, Interpersonal Skills Excellent Soft Skills, Product, Process Knowledge Process
    • Expert - Knowledge & Delivery in BPO/ Call Center/ Call Center Identify process level gaps & analyse root cause of complaints
    • Candidate should have 0-4 year of experience in Customer Support Voice Process.
    • Regularly updating training modules should be open to work in Night shifts.
    • Have excellent written and verbal communication
    • Have good learnability
    • Be an active listener and deal well with objection
    • Have strong customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different scenarios
    • Be a team player, flexible and open to feedback
    • Ability to multitask, priorities, and manage time effectively
    Requirements
    • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
    • Track record of over-achieving quota
    • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
    • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
