Job Description

    Job Title: International Voice Process - Background Verification ProcessWork Location: Bangalore, India ( Whitefield)For Details contact :-Contact - Chiragnumber - hidden_mobileEmail - hidden_emailWe are currently hiring for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as part of our international voice process for a background verification process. The primary responsibility will be to handle and conduct background verification checks on behalf of our clients.Responsibilities:- Conducting background verification checks on candidates based on client requirements- Collecting and verifying necessary information from various sources, including previous employers, educational institutions, and references- Ensuring accuracy and completeness of data collected during verification process- Documenting findings and submitting comprehensive reports to clients- Communicating with clients and candidates to clarify information and resolve any discrepancies- Maintaining strict confidentiality and adhering to all data protection policiesRequirements:- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)- Graduation is preferred- Prior experience in a voice process or background verification process is an added advantage- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills- Proficient in using MS Office tools and internet research- Willingness to work in night shifts, if required- Ability to work effectively in a team environmentPackage:- The package for this position is Fresher 19000 Take home + up to 30,000 INR per month, which is the take-home salary + Incentives If you meet the requirements and are ready to take up this exciting opportunity, please submit your updated resume along with a cover letter highlighting your relevant experience.
