Job Description

Supporting the Powered Commercial Lead role to:

  • Support the UK Head of Powered and Engagement Partners to ensure that new opportunities are appropriately assessed from a commercial perspective
  • Support OGC and the Engagement Team in editing / reviewing and
improving the commercial and delivery aspects of the supporting contracts with our clients and subcontractors (MSAs, EngagementLetters, Powered Statements of Work, Powered Statement of Work Templates, Contractual Schedules etc.)
  • Work with KPMG specialist teams such as OGC, Advisory Quality and Risk Management, Commercial Team, Information Assurance and Finance in delivering the above
  • Providingcommercial support inputand challenge, through the Risk & Commercial Review process (Deal Board) to ensure all delivery and commercial risks are understood and mitigated throughout the sales process and beyond
  • Enhance and monitor the commercial and contractual aspects of large scale / complex Powered engagements which KPMG are delivering to clients
  • Support the Engagement Leader and Engagement Teams to
manage elements of the risk process, including commercial, delivery and contractual matters of any sub-contractors / strategic alliance partners etc., as required
  • Escalateandadviseon corrective actions where necessary when engagements unduly deviate and fall short of the expected commercial returns or where KPMG has, or is likely to, become exposed to heightened contractual or delivery risk
  • Support the Head of Powered to periodically monitor in flight engagements to ensure they are commercially on track and delivery risks are well managed. This includes assessing adherence to contract, adherence to contractual processes, delivering quality and ensuring the client is meeting its obligations
