    Greetings!!Urgent opening with one of the Big5 Pharma MNC.Location: BangaloreDesignation: Associate DirectorBusiness Unit: FinanceExperience: 12+ yearsJob Description SummaryResponsible for the complete Operations and Delivery of Payroll for multiple countries in Europe covering a HC of 8k+. This position working in the management team is a People & a Process manager position. The position also contributes to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies and practices with giving high priority for Compliance to statutory requirements.Ensure Accurate and Timely process of the PayrollAdherence to Compliance Process & StatutoryDrive initiatives in the management team that contribute to long-term operational excellence. A culture of Process dependent & People independantImprove the operational systems, processes and policies, support better management reporting and information flow.Ensure robust controls and checksTraining and performance evaluation for employee.Cross skilling/training, work load balancing, career development of team, etcFoster team play, supervise, mentor and develop the team.Manage and support Internal & External audits, including any MIS/ReportingGraduate (Preferably in Commerce) with 12+ years of relevant experience in Operating / Managing PayrollCandidates with experience of working in shared services & Regional / Global environment would be added advantageExperience on Payroll for UK, Ireland, Switzerland, Nordic countries is a requirementActs as an SME for team & stake holders, Manage escalations & resolve Tier 3 issuesGood MS Office and advance level skills in ExcelGood Analytical skillsExcellent verbal & written communication
