Job Description

    Position Overview: As a Home Loans Field Sales Representative, you will be a pivotal member of our lending team, responsible for expanding our customer base and promoting our home loan products to potential borrowers. You will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets, building lasting relationships with clients, and ensuring a seamless home loan application process. This position demands exceptional interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of mortgage products, and a results-driven attitude.Key Responsibilities:
    1. Customer Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and target potential home loan customers through various channels, including referrals, networking, and community engagement, to expand the customer base and meet sales goals.
    2. Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of our home loan products, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and application procedures to effectively communicate and tailor solutions to meet customer needs.
    3. Consultative Selling: Utilize a consultative approach to sales, conducting thorough needs assessments, understanding clients financial goals, and proposing suitable home loan solutions.
    4. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients by providing personalized assistance, addressing inquiries, and guiding them through the home loan application process.
    5. Sales Targets: Work diligently to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets, keeping up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions
    RequirementsMinimum 1 year experience in Home Loan Field Sales. Only Male candidates can apply.Immediate joiners preferred
