Job Description

  • Ability to own all MLOps tasks, e.g., making the models operational:
    • Monitor AIOps containers (memory and CPU utilization, etc.).
    • Monitor AIOps ML models (number of requests, average response latency, etc.).
    • Detect when models need to be re-trained (offline drift detection).
    • Operationalizing ML model training pipelines: from running training pipelines to creating RPM packages with new model versions.
  • Ability to create/update AIOps containers.
  • Ability to interact with elements of HPCM s build system.
  • Ability to update and deliver AIOps models.
  • Ability to access and deal with metadata
Customer collaboration tasks:
  • Ability to deal with customers on a technical basis.
  • Ability to help create a scope-of-work to articulate the objectives of the customer collaboration.
  • Ability to help keep the collaborations on task for timely completion.
PointNext training tasks:
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to assemble and deliver lightweight AIOps training materials.
  • Ability to work closely with PointNext.
