Job description: HR Business Partner Associate Manager Middle East Location: India based Accenture Middle East is going through a phase of high growth, delivering on the promise of technology and human ingenuity. An exciting opportunity for an HR Partner for the Middle East business. This role will support a combination of one or more Service Groups / Practices. Who are you Your core areas of expertise are business acumen, data literacy, digital proficiency, and people advocacy. You understand Accenture and its challenges and work at all levels of the HR stack strategic, operational, and tactical, influence effectively across all levels, and navigate through ambiguity. You align global and regional talent strategy and priorities to drive results, define and drive the delivery of people programs, and actively participate in the functional leadership teams as a partner to the business. What will you do As HR Partner, you support specific Service Groups and Practices in the Middle East; working closely with Leadership and front line people providing hands-on and strategic input, insight, and advice on people-related issues while creating a positive and enabling experience for our Practitioners. partner with senior leadership to develop and implement effective HR programs that support the strategic growth of a business, offering thought leadership in people-related strategy and execution provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, development and coaching, recruiting, retention, compensation, benefits, and L&D collaborate with the wider HR team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results; educate, coach, and partner with managers, building deep personalized relationships with business leaders and our Practitioners and proactively support them through their career provide individual employee coaching and guidance on career development, based on a strong understanding of a person s interests and aspirations and knowledge of Accenture s business; provide employee support connecting people to projects, coaching people on roles, balancing career goals and business priorities have honest and transparent conversations to help people grow, keeping both personal and key practice priorities at the forefront.
