Job Description

Roles and ResponsibilitiesHR Operations ManagerOversee, Review, Design and Execute the HR operational programs, processes, policies and guideline related to an employee lifecycle including employee onboarding, development, performance management, engagement. Resolve employees queries on HR policies and regulations.Job Responsibilities:

  • Partnering effectively with business to implement strategic employee engagement initiatives
Work closely with the HR Head to promote appreciative and excellence cultureAlign closely with the corporate HR team to drive the global HR processesPromote people centric policies and processes and stage best in class employee experienceWork on process standardization vis--vis strong documentationIdentify the key processes for automation and drive efficiencyDrive digitization projects in HR and facilitate Execution of end to end HR Operations strategy for employees including payroll, HR MIS, Analytics, FnF management, employee database reports, Exit management and HR dashboardsEnsure adequate and recommend best practices for hire to retire HR processesHandle statutory and payroll auditsManaging and revamp, if required, HR guidelines and company level policies by actively engaging with all stakeholders Manage the HR Information System (HRIS) to ensure timely and accurate updation of employee dataConduct employee connect program with the aim to reduce attrition and increase employee satisfaction levels Conduct exit interviews and drive the employee exit process and tasks associated with it Manage the employee letters and communication Drive the Rewards and Recognition programs as well as the monthly HR events and activities Responsible to drive the Employee Onboarding program including pre-boarding and post-boarding activities Provide best-in-class analytical and well documented HR reports to the head of HRAct as a point of contact and build influential employee relationships Should display the highest level of work ethics and integrity Contract and sub-contract resource management for both payroll and job outsourcing modelsEffective implementation and usage of Workday system in IndiaDrive employee wellbeing and engagement initiatives
  • Manage employee personal folders and e-dockets
  • Reviewing, Planning, and Administering Staff welfare, and employment benefits (leaves, insurance) schemes to ensure market compatibility.
Develop, Implement and Manage employee retention, relations, counseling and orientation programs Role Requirements
  • Proven work experience of a minimum of 8-10 years in HR Operations
  • Strong working experience of Workday
  • Familiarity with HRIS and Employee Engagement Initiatives
  • Degree/Certification in HR Management (preferably MBA)
