Job Description

Job DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities:

  • Employee Engagement.
  • Joining Formalities & Inductions.
  • Benefits administration
  • HR Audits
  • Stakeholder management
  • Should manage the end to end hiring process.
  • Should handle induction for all new joiners.
  • Onboard activities and Bio-metric enrollment process.
  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Should be able to handle employees grievances
  • Attendance and Time Management.
  • Employee engagement activities.
  • Payroll management for contract employees
  • Should be able to handle ESIC and EPF related queries.
  • Compliance adherence (Notice Board checklist/EHS Audit Checks)
  • Vendor Townhalls
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
  • Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Aptitude in problem-solving
  • Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
