Job Description

    Designation:Hr Recruiter/Senior Hr RecruiterJob Location BangaloreExperience: Freshers or 0-6 Months
    • Engage candidates for strategically positioning job opportunities and clientorganizations.
    • Counsel candidates to assist them in taking the rightdecision.
    • Understanding candidatesprofile to evaluate role fitment (Screening&Shortlisting)
    • Build and strengthen candidate relationships to be able to network and headhunt passive job seekers You will be responsible for end-to-endprocess of recruitment with our clients.
    • Build and strengthen client relationships to be able to streamline and improve servicedelivery.
    • Understanding client requirements and accordingly execute a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the clientrequirement.
    • Source candidates using multiple sourcing channels including internal databases, job boards,head-hunting andnetworking.
    • Manage scheduling and coordination related activities in the entire recruitmentprocess.
    • Conduct market mapping exercises regularly to assess the talentavailability.
