Job Description

    HR Service Delivery Specialist Manage the complete scope of HR services delivered for the respective entity or business, inclusive of internal teams and external HR service providers. Ensure alignment of delivery to strategic objectives of HR and business. Drive delivery excellence initiatives, using benchmarks and best practices comparisons ensuring consistent high-performance service. Lead and manage Talent Supply Chain, People Services, Total Rewards, Employee Relations and Policies & Transitions within a GU. Key Responsibilities Adapt, communicate and implement the strategic direction to ensure adherence to global policies and processes Help translate a high-level vision or strategy into specific initiatives and activities for implementation Orchestrate timely delivery across a complex, global organizational structure Manage the critical path, project dependencies, deliverable completion, milestone compliance and cost/budget Provide coordination/communication with appropriate leads and their personnel to ensure initiatives meet schedule, budget, and quality commitments Track, measure, report and communicate project costs, performance issues and risks Provide feedback and input for improvement of all programs, processes and policies and accountable for driving consistent, standardized and effective service delivery Facilitate teamwork and process integration across the team Responsible for collaborating with different parts of the HR organization ensuring all roles are working to solve for Accenture, minimizing silo-thinking, scope conflicts and ensuring adherence to the governance model in their respective organizations Identify and drive continuous improvements to the scope, performance and cost-to-serve Skill Requirements Experience with Virtual Digital Assistants / Chatbots (nice to have) Large Scale Global Implementation Working with different cultures Change Management Stakeholder Management Talent Management,
