Job Description

Job Overview The HR Technology and Integration (T&I) organization is responsible for the technology strategy and implementation that will enable internal users (people managers, employees, HR) to have self-service digital solutions running through highly efficient processes. This is a global, enterprise-wide organization which partners with our IT department (TEIS) and connects with all COEs, Segment/BU and HR Solutions functions to enable digitization of our processes, workflows and documents. The T&I project manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the T&I projects. This includes project plans, business cases, resource management, budget management, risk & issue management, cross-organizational coordination, vendor management, executive communications & reporting, critical problem resolution, escalations and assuring effective organizational change management. The project manager will partner closely with the rest of the T&I team to oversee the assigned projects and to keep track of the teams productivity, progress & performance. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of expertise leading technology initiatives and must be passionate about the quality delivery of projects. They need to ensure that project deadlines & objectives are met, have strong communication & influencing skills, foster teamwork and be comfortable working on global complex projects. Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate all project team activities including planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting all project progress. Ensure compliance with PMO tools and procedures. Manage resource planning and staffing activities for specific projects. Ensure continual monitoring and reporting of project progress to ensure project remains on schedule. Run project status meetings, track status of existing issues and identify any new issues and risks. Resolve project conflicts and establish escalation path on all projects. Maintain accurate project data reporting and ensure accurate data report outs. Participate in and lead as required Phase Gate Reviews. Coordinate within the team to resolve resource and schedule conflicts & dependencies. Assess, identify, and report risks and develop mitigation plans. Achieve on-time delivery, scope, schedule, and budget requirements. Ensure project closeout meetings and post launch reviews are conducted. Track lessons learned and manage best practices. Desired Candidate Profile: Five or more years of demonstrated Project/Program Management experience in technology working with internal customers required. Experience with technical project management relating to SAP/Success Factors or equivalent RPA, data analytics, governance, security, app development etc an advantage Experience in the matrix management of a project team Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple projects and project dependencies across multiple time zones and meet scope, schedule, and budget requirements. Formal Project management training required. PMP certification preferred. Must be results oriented. Demonstrated business acumen and confidence communicating to senior management and internal customers. Experience in project managing local and global teams. Experience in Product/Project Lifecycle implementation and strong process and systems understanding preferred. Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communication, problem solving required.
