Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • HRSS Specialist (Fluent in English, Arabic) Experience in handling employees from Middle East. Needs to have HR/HRSS experience using Arabic language in verbal and written communication with employees.
  • Assist in transition of end to end HR processes and work closely with the Business partners to ensure smooth transition of work.
  • Answer and respond to incoming phone calls, web chat, case management and emails in adherence with the HRSS protocols and service standards
  • Assists employees and managers in all stages of the employee life cycle (onboarding, job changes, retirement, etc.), and able to provide reference to various company policies and procedures regarding a variety of situations.
  • Serve as a first contact to answer employee questions about company correspondence and clarify any company communications and policies
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating the employee Knowledge base
  • Supporting with the review of policies and procedures and all arrangements to ensure we are fully compliant.
  • Take an active role where required in the business engagement and training of the new processes and systems, as required, working in partnership with HR and stakeholders.
  • Identifying opportunities for improvements with HR Processes. Ensuring all gaps and inconsistencies are identified and brought to management attention.
  • Delivery of excellent customer service in meeting the proposed SLA on time every time.
  • To undertake the administration of HR processes and procedures, ensuring all administration is completed in a timely manner and communicated effectively to employees and Managers.
  • Act as the first point of receipt and triage within SLA of service requests (emails and forms) to other HRSS teams, ensuring that where possible requests are resolved at first review and if not, then assigned to the appropriate team to support the customer / activity.
  • To carry out and undertake any relevant training deemed necessary.
  • Ensure adherence to all Company Policies and Procedures.
  • Be fully conversant and compliant with all Environmental Health and Safety procedures
  • Must have excellent time management skills and be able to keep hard deadlines
