Job Description

    Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Intern to join our team and support our domestic Indian hirings. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in the recruitment process while contributing to our growing organization. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a keen interest in talent acquisition.Duration: 45 days to 6 monthsLocation: All over India Work from HomeResponsibilities:Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various online platforms, job boards, social media, and other channels to identify potential candidates suitable for various positions within the organization.Screening and Shortlisting: Review incoming resumes and applications, conduct initial screening calls, and shortlist candidates based on predefined criteria.Coordinating Interviews: Assist in scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Ensure all parties are well-informed about interview details.Candidate Communication: Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates, clarifying doubts, and collecting necessary documentation.Database Management: Maintain an organized and up-to-date candidate database, accurately recording candidate information, status updates, and interactions.Assisting in Interviews: Participate in interviews as needed, either in person or virtually, to observe and learn about the interview process.Reference Checks: Conduct reference checks for shortlisted candidates, ensuring their qualifications and background align with company requirements.Offer Process: Support the Human Resource team in extending job offers, including preparing offer letters, negotiating terms (if required), and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates.Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in recruitment to contribute to the improvement of our hiring processes.Data Analysis: Assist in generating recruitment metrics and reports, analyzing data to identify areas for process improvement.Benefits:Hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process.Exposure to a dynamic and growing industry.Opportunity to work closely with experienced HR professionals.Networking opportunities within the organization.Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the role and responsibilities.
