Our dream is to inspire a fast-food culture that offers wholesome, sustainable & great tasting food made from real ingredients.We are looking for a talented HR professional with strong experience in recruitment, a vision of creating an employee-first work culture, and in-depth knowledge of compliance to lead our HR domain.We seek intelligent, fearless, incisive, entrepreneurial, analytical, energetic and big dreamers as co-workersThe Ideal Candidate:-Self-starter with high ownership, ready to take on new challenges-Proactive leadership-High IQ and strong communication-8+ years of experience in HR domain-Comfortable with numbers and data-Good Taste in People - talent in recruiting candidatesRoles/Responsibilities - General HR:-Lead the HR function by being point of the contact for the employees and managers for the business-Manage the HR team to execute the day to day operations of the HR function-Devise strategies for California Burrito to have an edge in the labor market-Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations-Maintain proper work culture, ensuring timeliness is maintained in terms of check in and check out of employees-Ensure adherence to policies and act as an internal control representative-Identify and implement practices to improve employee morale and motivation.Roles/Responsibilities - Recruitment:-Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet the hiring requirements to ensure rapid growth-Write JDs, Manage end to end funnel of posting jobs, conducting interviews, closing positions within deadlines-Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs and schedule interviews-Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees-Ensuring relevant training to the employees in their respective department, ensuring proper and smooth hand over from the previous employee-Exit ManagementRoles/Responsibilities - Payroll:-Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)-Possess knowledge of the labour laws, ensuring compliance with the Provident Fund, ESI and other acts.-Ensuring timely payouts to employeesRoles/Responsibilities - Record Maintenance:-Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, grievances, performance evaluations)-Compiling and update employee records (hard and soft copies)-Development and upkeep of proper KRAs and appraisal cycle in the organisation
