Job Description

Purpose of the jobReporting directly to the head of Identity and Access management, the IAM Analyst will be actively part of the Global Alstom IAM SSO and IAG strategy in terms of identity and access management. He or she is in charge of:

  • Contribute on deliverables, troubleshooting and Build and run.
  • SSO (Single Sign On) activities including analyst, implementation, evolution.
  • IAG (Identity and access governance) activities including analyst, implementation, evolution.
  • Improving processes and deliverables around IAM.
  • Create, review and maintain IAM documentations to ensure it reflects current IAM policy and procedures.
  • Collaborate with all IT and none IT teams for all IAM related topic.
He or she participate to meetings/workshops with different stakeholders around IAM SSO topic, including but not limited to HR, Sourcing, Master Data managers, IS&T, business representatives.He or she contribute to the designs of the appropriate IAM SSO mechanisms and tools within the Alstom Information System with the SSO specialist.Main responsabilities
  • The IAM analyst has under his responsibility:
    • Gather Alstom requirements and targets in terms of SSO/IAG deployment
    • Analyze, implementation, support around IAM on related topic
    • Existing analysis of Alstom existing deployed applications
    • Identify technical strengths, weaknesses and opportunities
    • Understand business drivers and processes
    • IAM SSO and IAG standards definition
    • Support level 2 SSO/IAG
    • Being involve in :
      • Implementation/integration
      • Process industrialization
      • Testing, debugging, performance tuning,
      • Documentation
      • Build operation
      • Run support operation.
    • Work with the supervision of the head of IAM (management)
    • Interface with other teams and key stakeholders such as Architects, Operations leads, Project managers.
Qualification & Competencies - Expected LevelQualification: (to be filled for Job offer)More than 2-5 years of experience in IAM Security specially in IAM domain (including IAG and IAM). Languages: English (mandatory) , French (optional)Type of experiences requested:
  • IAM global concepts
    • For SSO: Experience with API based integration and security (SOAP and REST)
    • For IAG: IAM concepts and experience (access right and identity administration, workflow, SOD, provisioning, data analyze)
  • IAM strong experience and skills
    • Experience IAG project (onboarding business application in a IAM IAG solution)
    • Work actively on Governance of identities and accesses
    • Experience implementing authentication with SAML, Oauth, etc.
    • Experience of IAM solutions support
    • Experience of SSO and IAG design
  • Security background
  • Excellent written/verbal/communication, listening and facilitation skills
  • Able to analyze risks and to design an appropriate IAM SSO/IAG security pattern.
  • Drive the adoption of Authentication for existing, new and emerging IAM technologies.
