Job Description

  • Project Role :Cloud Services Operations
  • Project Role Description :Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : -Management of web applications including monitoring, tuning, troubleshooting, and optimizing the applications and the web servers hosting them -Experience installing, configuring, tuning, and supporting Windows servers -Experience developing scripts for automation of day to day tasks Chef, Perl, Shell, or similar -Work closely with other system and database administrators as well as application development teams to stress test, troubleshoot, and optimize new and existing hosted application
      • Technical Experience : -IBM Data Power Skill mandatory - Application and web server installation, configuration, patching, and support -Assist in the deployment of the suite of products, provide input for modification of procedures and documentation used for problem resolution and day-to-day maintenance -Must have Skills: Internet Information Server IIS Administration, Microsoft Sharepoint Server ; BizTalk ; SAS,Putty, WinSCP, python, rundeck, IBM DataPower, CA Directory/SPS/Siteminder
      • Professional Attributes : - Good verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization - Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision - Flexible to work in 24/7 shift
