Job Description

  • Project Role :Cloud Operations Administrator
  • Project Role Description :Work with the Service Delivery Manager to perform capacity management, billing/show back operations, and cost optimization activities across multiple cloud environments.
  • Management Level :9

  • Good To Have Skills :IBM AS /400 Administration
  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : 1 Provide process improvements and automation of ESP schedules 2 Perform IPL/HMC operations and system maintenances 3 Manage ESP file transfers and adhoc requests 4 Identify report risks to SLAs and engage stakeholders 5 Monitor System performance, software, disk/tape utilization
      • Technical Experience : 1 Expertise with batch scheduling tools - particularly in CA-ESP tool Good to have experience with other scheduling tools like TWS/OPC, CA-7, or Control-M 2 Experience to work with Spool management tools, system monitoring and automation tools 3 Expertise knowledge to perform IPL and knowledge of HMC operations 4 Experienced to support Production/LIVE environment in 24x7 support model
