Job Description

Nous rejoindre, c est int grer une communaut internationale de plus 75000 personnes qui se consacrent la r solution de probl mes de mobilit concrets et la r alisation de projets internationaux ayant un impact local durable.Position PurposeThis role is responsible for technical support on Smart Glasses , Smartboards, 3D Printing . (hardware and software aspects)OrganizationJob belongs to the IS&T Business Solutions Tower ; it direct reports to the AM & Collab Platform manager based in St-OuenMain responsabilities

  • Online technical support for the Smart Glass, Smart Board and yellow software.
  • Perform the daily tasks as user creation, license granting for the different applications
  • Providing the training on Smart Glass and Smart Board software and Hardware usage for APAC region
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues and defects found in smart boards and smart glasses.
  • Case study and promotional content development for Smart Glass, Smart Board and Yellow software usage for APAC region
  • Operating Handling 3D Printers
  • Documenting the Hardware and software issues and reporting it.
  • Write clear internal marketing copy to promote Alstom Digital Innovation products and services.
  • Updating the existing user manuals, online help, and technical documents for smart boards, smart glasses & Yellow software usage
  • Be Updated about latest technology changes in Smart Manufacturing related Software and Hardware.
Main required competencesEducational
  • Education Qualification = bachelor s degree in engineering
Professional ExperienceMandatory
  • Number of Years of Experience = 1-2 in Manufacturing
  • Knowledge in digitalization process of manufacturing Industry.
  • 3D printing Knowledge
  • Experience on Technical documentation of hardware and software
  • Knowledge about the usage of the Smart Glasses.
  • Knowledge of EHS rules
Desirable
  • knowledge of different 3D slicing software
  • knowledge of visual management methods
