Job Description

    You will work as part of involved in almost all major steps of the transaction lifecycle as well as new initiatives (account opening and KYC, products and services) and vendor management. Job Responsibilities
    • Be responsible for all Onboarding / Know your customer related Remediation, Data-related remediation and Delivery
    • Serve as the regional liaison for the Global teams in matters relating to data and associated controls ensuring procedure updates and relevant trainings and communications are delivered impacting business and/or process changes
    • Maintain a relevant and updated process knowledge within the Onboarding space to be able to effectively influence and drive effective remediation
    • Work with the project managers and subject matter experts within the team to ensure current status is understood and properly articulated
    • 3+ years of relevant industry knowledge
    • Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field or equivalent experience. Advanced technical degree or MBA a plus, but not required
    • Worked in a Business Analysis, Data Governance, Data Quality or Data Management role in the past preferred
    Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
    • 3 - 5 years data acumen experience in data governance, process analysis/mapping, process improvement, business analysis, data analysis
    • Experience in Client Onboarding or Client KYC is a plus
    • Experience in data management tools a plus (Collibra Databook, Atlassian JIRA)
    • Microsoft desktop productivity tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, SharePoint, Teams)
    • Lean/Six Sigma experience preferred
    • Experience in Data Mining, Data Massaging, Data Processing a must
    • Experience in Business intelligence tools (SQL, Alteryx, QlikView, Tableau) a plus
