Job Description

    You are a strategic thinker passionate about driving solutions. You have found the right team. As the Financial analysis professional in our team, you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm. Job Responsibilities
    • Enable management of total expense base for designated Technology group within the Enterprise Technology Finance and Business Management team
    • Support annual budget and monthly actuals
    • Manage monthly financial variance commentary
    • Manage detailed tracking of all key initiatives
    • Reconciliation and analysis of monthly financials from multiple reporting tools
    • Responsible for gathering relevant data, then analyzing and reporting the data in a meaningful manner to support management decisions around business processes and efficiencies
    Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
    • Minimum of 2+ years of financial / accounting & business management experience
    • Advanced systems skills required including knowledge of Excel, Essbase and PowerPoint
    • Strong relationship management skills to interface with various stakeholders
    • Detail-oriented individual capable of completing reporting and analytics accurately, on a timely basis, and in a presentable manner
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills necessary
    Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
    • Capacity and desire to work both at a strategic and detailed analysis level
    • Ability to present information in a clear and concise manner
    • Individual must be able to work independently as well as in a team situation
    • Development and maintenance of Tableau Dashboards and Alteryx Workflows for Financial and Operations reporting
