You will work closely with the Corporate Cybersecurity (SRO) org. In charge of develop security programs to the Infrastructure Solution Group.You will:
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to design and recommend a global strategy and roadmap for managing Insider Risk in a manner which promotes effectiveness, standardization, and provides a leadership voice in defining and evolving the global policy, standards, and controls to support the strategy
• Develop process for Training & Awareness, including processes around which types of alerts to evaluate, reporting, response and remediation steps
• Review existing technology capabilities and limitations, develop baseline of normal network device behaviors, and oversee the implementation of User Behavior Monitoring and Analytic tools
• Monitor and respond to suspicious or disruptive behavior, monitor user activity, implement User Behavior Analytics activities, and perform audits

• Bachelor degree or Master degree or 5 year of experience leading people
• Must have strong program management experience within Cybersecurity with understanding of how to plan, identify stakeholders, and develop a program
• Previous experience as a people manager with the ability to mentor and develop connections with a global teams with the ability to communicate security and business risk to a broad range of technical and non-technical audiences
• Knowledge of Data Privacy laws and the associated security requirements
• NIST 800-100
Desirable Requirements
• Any of the following or combination of the following certifications (ITPM, CRISC, C|EH, GCIH, CISSP, CISA, CISM, CFE, CFI, CPP, PCI)
• Previous experience in a large, multi-national corporate environment
• Knowledge and experience with data mining and analytics involving large datasets
