Job Description

    * Objectives of the Job :
    • Management of the department operations of all services and ensure smooth functioning of the department.
    • Interaction with Builders and Real Estate Agencies
    • Design and Implement the Improvement Strategy for the Processes in the department.
    • Ensure total statutory and non-statutory compliance.
    • Management and execution of all Audits and related activities
    • Ensure sufficient, proficient and satisfied employees who are well trained.
    , * Qualifications: o Educational Qualification Bachelors DegreeMBA ( Admin/ operation) would be added advantage o Experience 10+ years in the R&D Centers, IT/ITES. Exceptional experience of 5-8 years in digitalization of processes of people related services is an added advantage. o Special Knowledge: (Skills / Languages etc.)
    • Good networking skills and contacts
    • Good knowledge of developing and digitalization of processes
    • Exposure to international intercultural concerns and fluency in English
    • Good leadership skills
    • Good knowledge of MS Office tools (power point and Excel)
