Job Description

  • Practical knowledge of Software Copyright, Open Source Software (OSS) compliance. Candidate must have worked on Open Source Software legal compliance for a minimum period of 1-3 years.
  • Drafting Software Contracts and Intellectual Property Agreements. Candidate should have minimum 1-3 years of experience.
  • Good overall knowledge of Intellectual Property Laws. Patent drafting and prosecution experience will help but not mandatory.
  • Good communication and task co-ordination skills, good team player
  • Sound technical understanding of engineering topics and software programming
  • Able to quickly adapt to different technologies
  • Able to work in a fast pace environment
