Job DescriptionLooking for fluency in English both in written and spoken form and Portuguese or Spanish language . Execute global projects tenders in different material fields (Machines & Equipment)Engage with key suppliers to establish deep supplier relationships and build/extend relationships across the divisions (supplier mentorship).Manage suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and quality compliance, incl. data quality, supplier evaluation, contract managementDefine and implement category strategies that meet Bosch needs.Design Negotiation Strategies and execute under competition as well as w/o competitionEffectively communicate category strategies to the internal stakeholders and the technical project purchasing organization for Machinery and Equipment.Steer global/cross-divisional projects of strategical importance and effectively balancing the RFQ process and TCO evaluation of suppliers against the business stakeholder s requirements.Perform total cost of ownership evaluations and supply-market researchesLead the negotiation of complex contracts and event driven cost reductions and close resp. global contracts in regards with focus on purchasing automation / eCommerceEnsure fulfilment of compliance requirementsDrive continuous improvement in cost, delivery, and quality performance.Actively engage, support and lead continuous improvements of processes/Templates within the department and interfaces with other departments with focus on automation (RPA) & data analytics etc.Prepare Sub-material field strategy for Global suppliers,
