Job description: Job Description The India I&D and Talent Strategy Director will be responsible for the formulation of talent strategy aligned to the business and overall HR strategy. This is a leadership role, will require deep leadership experience and the individual will be responsible for building trusted-advisory relationships with Industry leaders, and Accenture Leaders in India and globally. Working across the business and the industry, the individual will define and manage programs, create initiatives and plans for the deployment of our overall talent strategy; Design, support and deliver development and application of programs, frameworks, tools and methodologies; Define, plan, mobilize and deliver a change journey. The individual must possess strong knowledge of market trends- talent and industry. Key Responsibilities Your role will include following key responsibilities- Provide business and HR leadership with knowledge and expertise to facilitate creation of a business aligned talent strategy Assess current capabilities and culture of the organization, and identify gaps that must be addressed to successfully implement the talent strategy Oversee and monitor implementation of the overall talent strategy and aligned programs Ensure deep data analysis and research, that strategy is coherent and aligned to business needs Build HR program/project and change management capability by defining a set of global standards and designing, developing and deploying change management and communication toolkits Inclusion and Diversity Develop the MU I&D Strategy and manage the resulting set of initiatives Support Business/MU level talent planning process, providing a local perspective on future key talent needs, participating in Business / MU action planning discussions, prioritizing actions to be executed in the MU Act as the main point of contact to the Business aligned HR business partners and CoE to provide feedback on MU needs and relevance of solutions Translate the global inclusion and diversity strategy into the MU/ Business priorities Drive MU / Business inclusion and diversity targets and Leadership sign off and drive accountability across leadership Deliver global inclusion and diversity programs at the MU level Talent Management Strategy Focus on developing innovative talent strategies that address the diverse needs of our business and our people Act as the main point of contact for talent management issues. Participate in identifying external supplier options Monitor overall effectiveness of HR programs and services by monitoring key talent metrics to identify and analyze people related issues, root causes, and possible solutions Maintain expert knowledge of their specialty area by researching best practices, evaluating emerging trends, keeping appraised of technological advancements and conducting benchmark comparisons and assist in developing communication strategies around different engagement programs Design and deliver global initiatives for the employee value proposition in the context of overall business and HR strategy Determine our Talent Brand survey and Employee Experience strategy basis market research and working with thought leaders in the industry and internally Drive global recognition programs and initiatives,
