Job Description

: -Salesforce CRM Run Specialist: Experience: 7 to 10 Years (Salesforce)Work Timings: Morning/Afternoon/Night ShiftsWork Location: Bangalore.

  1. Troubleshoot issues reported and identify the root cause.
  2. Perform Impact analysis.
  3. Must able to do perform configuration and customization tasks.
  4. Perform Code Review and Code Optimization on APEX.
  5. Effectively communicate verbal written with the client and within the team
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
  1. Candidate should have 7-10 years of Salesforce CRM support/development.
  2. Salesforce configuration experience with knowledge on Account Territory Management.
  3. Should have good knowledge on Salesforce Workflows, Validations, Approval Process, Security Data Model.
  4. Should have worked on Customization of Apex, Visual Force, Triggers, Batch and Schedule Apex jobs.
  5. Should have hands on experience with Data loader or other migration tools.
  6. Should able understand existing code and fix Salesforce issues
  7. Experience and knowledge on life sciences/pharma is an added advantage
