• Primarily, you will have a customer service mentality to focus on the needs of our Team s customers.
• Show value of the Information Security & Cyber services portfolio of guidance and assurance services.
• Acquire basic knowledge of IT architecture at a business, application, information, and infrastructure level with a security focus, and the documentation thereof.
• Act as an advisor to business stakeholders, project managers and IT partners to educate them on risks to information assets and provide guidance on standards and practices.

• Review existing Hosting platforms, Application-related middleware, Hosting facilities, Application Software Development Life Cycle and operations processes in on-premises, and cloud-based environments to ensure their compliance with Information Security policies and standards.
• Continuously assess and recommend requirements to establish new or enhance existing Information Security standards and Standard Operating Procedures to meet emerging threats.

• Ensure adequate visibility, process alignment, and operational excellence within the technical and management discipline.
• Be a Team player, Lead and contribute to key projects following Agile practices, ensuring compatibility with the strategic direction of CISO (chief information security officer).
• Contribute to ideas in automating security processes in collaboration with internal stakeholders as well as third parties.

Your qualifications

• A Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Information Systems or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 5 years in IT / Information Security roles and previous experience in tactical roles with a helicopter view working on security processes level.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of cyber threats, account theft, and root cause analysis.
• Proven knowledge, experience, expertise in one or more information security domains like networking, security engineering, identity, and access management.
• Familiarity with standard modeling languages like ArchiMate, BPMN, affinity and skills in graphic designs.
• Understanding of security technologies like EDR, PAM, SOAR, DLP and security operations.
• CISSP, CISM, CISA, GIAC or similar Information Security certification
• TOGAF certification preferred.
• Customer-focused, Process-driven and Service-oriented outlook to problem resolution.
• Lean and/or Agile certified or have proven experience of working in a Lean/Agile environment.
• Clear and Concise communication, Fluent English both written and verbal.
• Ability to interact and build relationships at different levels of the organization.
