  • Project Role :Cloud Operations Engineer
  • Project Role Description :Manage the cloud infrastructure environment through cross technology administration (OS, databases, virtual networks), execution of scripting and monitoring automations. Manage the environment incidents with a focus on service restoration. Act as operations support for all computer, network, storage, security, or automation incidents /requests.

      • Key Responsibilities : A Service delivery management with overall cloud knowledge B AWS Azure , GCP cloud knowledge would be added advantage C Managing the key stakeholders D Managing project with focus on INC, SR, CR, SLA and so on
      • Technical Experience : A Overall 10 years of experience on Infrastructure ad cloud managed services B Hands on technical experience on any of the public cloud service provider will be an added advantage C Good knowledge on service management processes like IM, CM, PM , SRM , SLM are required
      • Professional Attributes : A Should be flexible to work in shifts B Ready to support MI/P1 and team collaboration skills C Good communication and presentation skills
