Because it s the best-run businesses that make the world run better and improve people s lives.SUMMARY The SAP Concur Integration Consultant (IC) is responsible for implementing the technical aspects of SAP Concur core products. This role is responsible for understanding the business requirements related to customer s integration, helps translate customer requirements into technical application design and potentially configuring & support integration-related components of SAP Concur systems. This role also works closely with SAP Concur s Implementation Project Managers, Integration Developers and customer teams to facilitate data transfer between SAP Concur systems and the customer s systems. Common types of data streams include employee profiles, charts-of-accounts, pick-list items, and financial postings in the form of GL journal vouchers, vendor bill AP invoices, and expense reports.ROLE: Responsibilities as an IC will include, but are not limited to, the following: Act as a subject matter expert in SAP Concur data integration services and core products (expense, invoice, and travel) to guide customers in best practice configuration and integration designs. Represent functional expertise in creating/reviewing transactions in third-party accounting systems. Lead assigned data integration projects from initial contact to project close and transition to support according to SAP Concur project methodology. Utilize technical skills to support customer s testing efforts and troubleshooting connectivity, data transformation and posting issues. Build relationships with SAP Concur s 3rd party partners to ensure seamless and successful integrations. Work on support cases from the data integration queue through to resolution and/or escalation to R&D. Maintain knowledge of 3rd party tools (e.g. Kibana, Postman, etc). Consistently communicate project status with the SAP Concur project manager and/or customer by means of status reports and status calls (as applicable). Develop and maintain knowledge of SAP Concur s functional and technical product knowledge, implementation practices and methodologies.The following third-party systems are popular among SAP Concur customer base: SAP, SAP ByDesign, SAP Business One, S4/HANA, C4/HANA Oracle/Netsuite PeopleSoft Microsoft Dynamics - Great Plains/AX/Navision Sage (Mas 100/200/500) FinancialForce QuickBooks ADPROLE REQUIREMENTS Minimum of two years of enterprise level technical project management, consulting and/or software implementation experience Experience in technical consulting customer-facing/service roles VB or other 4GL language and SQL skills Experience with data transformation tool and process (ETL), e.g. Boomi Atomsphere, SAP Business Objects, IBM Infosphere, etc Experience with technical file manipulation/integration (e.g. txt, csv, xls and xlsx files) Experience with XML and/or API (web services) Leverage expertise with applicable IPAAS tool(s) Experience with one or more of the accounting packages listed above in the job description Experience with financial applications and knowledge of accounting processes, a plus Full lifecycle of financial system implementation experience Proficiency in setting up SSO, FTP, file import/extract interfaces, a plus Ability to pass a background checkJob Specific Specialized Knowledge & Skills: (in order of priorities) Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English Strong technical consulting skills Analysis and troubleshooting skills Project management skills Excellent presentation skills Creative solution development Knowledge of software deployment life cycle and testing practices Proven ability to engage and interact with internal & external teams to resolve client issuesQUALIFICATIONS Technical degree Degree in Accounting, a plusLocation: BangaloreWHAT YOU GET FROM US Success is what you make it.
