    Roles and Responsibilities-
    • Understanding merchants business use case
    • Describing Cashfree products to merchants (Pre-sales /Post Sales calls for the inbound merchant)
    • Product demo/demos walkthrough
    • Maintaining excellent experience for Cashfree merchants
    • Handling merchant tech queries
    • Handling /Debugging merchant Integration issues. (All Cashfree products including Mobile plugins, APIs)
    • Hands-on experience with at least one programming language. Database queries.
    • Should be able to integrate Cashfree product using APIs, product SDKs, Mobile SDKs, Plugins (Shopify, Magento, WordPress, etc)
    • Handling merchants tech queries on live chat /call.
    • Owning the support documentation initiative.
    • Conducting in-depth analysis for every issue before reaching out to any cross-functional teams for further support.
